Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Conveyancing Paralegal role based in the Greater Brisbane Area. The Conveyancing Paralegal will manage residential and commercial property transactions, prepare legal documents, liaise with clients, real estate agents, and financial institutions, and assist with settlements. Additional responsibilities include conducting property title searches, monitoring deadlines, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will work collaboratively with solicitors to provide efficient and effective legal services. Qualifications Experience in conveyancing processes, including residential and commercial property transactions Proficiency in preparing and reviewing legal documentation, contracts, and settlement paperwork Strong communication skills for liaising with clients, agents, and legal professionals Attention to detail and organizational skills for monitoring deadlines and ensuring compliance Proficiency in legal software and property title search platforms Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment A diploma or certification in legal studies or conveyancing is advantageous Previous experience in Queensland conveyancing is preferred Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Industries Law Practice #J-18808-Ljbffr
