Boutique law firm are seeking a Senior Conveyancing Paralegal to join their team. Full time work from home options available. You'll be joining a supportive team of paralegals and admin staff. The Role As a Senior Conveyancing Paralegal, you will be running residential QLD conveyancing files from start to finish. Duties include: Liaising with clients throughout the conveyancing process Preparing correspondence, transfer documents, and settlement statements Following up on outstanding conditions and conducting online searches Using LEAP Organising settlements and working with PEXA Experience You will have a minimum of 3 years' QLD Conveyancing Paralegal experience. You will also have excellent time management skills, work well autonomously, and have strong customer service skills. The Law Firm/Salary / Benefits Well-established boutique law firm with 11 staff across 4 offices. Salary negotiable, depending on experience (between $90,000-$110,000 + Super). Full time work from home options available (as well as working in the office or a hybrid role).
