Support the preparation of corporate performance reports such as business plans and annual reports, including coordinating input from subject matter experts. Maintain integrity of financial data and systems to ensure all financial information is validated, reliable, and fit for purpose. Provide clear analysis of financial performance, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities to support achievement of business objectives. Support the delivery of robust mechanisms for sustainability reporting and assurance requirements adopted by the business and/or mandated by shareholders or legislation in accordance with ASSB and NSW Treasury reporting frameworks and standards. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulatory requirements in all financial activities. Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and reporting standards to enhance efficiency and value. What We Are Looking For Relevant tertiary qualification in finance, accounting, business, or a related discipline. Demonstrated understanding of financial analysis, statutory and stakeholder requirements for reporting, frameworks and metrics. Ability to interpret relevant legislation, regulations and accounting standards. High proficiency in financial systems and analytical tools. Awareness of risk management and compliance requirements. Presenting complex financial information in a timely and accurate manner to provide key insights. Engaging with stakeholders to deliver financial advice and insights. Preparing and presenting financial information to support decision‑making. Current NSW Driver’s Licence.
