The role offers you the opportunity to contribute towards an extremely well structured and mature environment, working on sophisticated enhancement projects. Role: ServiceNow IRM Architect Location: Melbourne Contract Duration: 6 Months with high possible extensions Experience: 7+ Years Role Summary Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions to support governance, compliance, and risk workflows for the Control the Future program. This role ensures seamless integration with enterprise processes and delivers a scalable, automated risk management capability. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience implementing ServiceNow IRM solutions or the ability to validate solution design and architecture. Deep expertise in ServiceNow IRM modules and workflow automation. Experience in risk management frameworks and compliance processes. Strong understanding of platform architecture and integration patterns. Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Continuous Authorization and Monitoring (CAM) Own the ServiceNow IRM solution design and roadmap for the initiative. Configure and optimize workflows for risk assessment, approvals, and lifecycle management. Collaborate with governance, security, and technology teams to align IRM capabilities with compliance requirements. Provide technical leadership and best practices for ServiceNow platform enhancements. Support integration with other enterprise systems (e.g., CMDB, AI governance tools).
