XPT SoftwareAustralia PTY Ltd, incorporated in 2016, is a Software Services company XPT works with top clients across Australia in Banking, Insurance, Telecom, Retail, Energy, Mining and Manufacturing domains We have 120+ technocrats in Australia working at our client locations XPT SoftwareAustralia is part of group companies which has global presence across India & Europe We have served 100+ clients globally, fulfilling their onsite‑offshore needs Skill Set: Continuous Authorization and Monitoring (CAM) – key skill Third‑party Risk Management (TPRM) – nice to have Business Continuity Management (BCM) – nice to have We should target candidates that have the following certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – MANDATORY ServiceNow Certified Implemental Specialist – Risk & Compliance (CIS‑RC) – MANDATORY Other ServiceNow certs are nice to have Desired Skills & Experience Proven experience implementing ServiceNow IRM solutions or the ability to validate solution design and architecture Deep expertise in ServiceNow IRM modules and workflow automation Experience in risk management frameworks and compliance processes Strong understanding of platform architecture and integration patterns Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Role Purpose Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions to support governance, compliance, and risk workflows for the Control the Future program. This role ensures seamless integration with enterprise processes and delivers a scalable, automated risk management capability. Key Responsibilities Own the ServiceNow IRM solution design and roadmap for the initiative Configure and optimize workflows for risk assessment, approvals, and lifecycle management Collaborate with governance, security, and technology teams to align IRM capabilities with compliance requirements Provide technical leadership and best practices for ServiceNow platform enhancements Support integration with other enterprise systems (e.g., CMDB, AI governance tools) #J-18808-Ljbffr
