In this position, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging top-tier candidates across various business functions. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to hiring, while aligning closely with business leadership to understand strategic goals. Your responsibilities will include profiling ideal candidates, developing effective sourcing strategies, creating an outstanding candidate experience, conducting interviews, and collaborating in hiring decisions. We're looking for someone passionate, motivated, and innovative, ready to make an impact and help shape our talent acquisition strategy.About The RoleManage end-to-end global hiring processes. Plan, initiate, and execute the recruitment workflow. Conduct screening calls, and in-depth interviews via phone calls, video calls, and in-person. Partner with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs. Serve as a talent advisor to the business, reporting on market trends and candidate experience. Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements. Source using diverse channels to attract the best talent. Build and maintain an active pool of candidates to meet future hiring targets. Make our candidate experience a team-wide priority. Think outside the box, be creative to find new channels and sources, and optimize our processes constantly. Think and act in a data-driven approach to identify bottlenecks and constantly improve our recruitment processes.
