We are a solid, stable team looking for an experienced Front Office Coordinator as we prepare for a significant growth in customer volumes. Team dynamic is incredibly important to us in our 5-chair practice. You can find out more about our practice. The Opportunity Modern dental practice with 5 chairs running a wide range of dental treatments Friendly, fun and dedicated team Convenient shopping centre location with public transport nearby Meet and greet patients, providing a great first impression Lead a small team of two receptionists, reporting to the Practice Manager Book and amend appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice Making patients aware of dental services and offers Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality High-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner You’ll be Available to work full-time compressed week Monday to Friday - Tuesday RDO Previous Dental Reception experience will be highly regarded but not essential, full training provided Suitable to a senior receptionist looking to take the next step in their career You’re a motivated self-starter, this is a fast paced and dynamic role Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Passionate about customer service and patient care Organised with attention to detail Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner At Bupa your wellbeing, identity, and personal story are respected and valued.
