About the Role We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to play a key role in supporting our workshop operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and being the crucial link between customers, suppliers, and our mechanical team. Your Main Responsibilities Will Include: Ensuring the smooth operation of the workshop and meeting all operational requirements Liaising with customers, suppliers, mechanics, and the workshop foreman Conveying customer requirements accurately onto job cards and communicating them to mechanics Managing and maintaining job cards to ensure accuracy and efficiency Ordering parts and managing returns Preparing accurate quotes and estimates for upcoming jobs Providing exceptional customer service and demonstrating strong leadership Maintaining clear communication with all levels of staff and clients Use your organisational expertise and proficiency in bookings and invoicing to help keep our team running smoothly What We Offer At Wade Fleet Maintenance , you’ll experience the professionalism of a large organisation with the care and personal touch of a close-knit family business.
