Build, maintain and lead a team of administrative staff including coordinating workloads, monitoring performance and ensuring duties are undertaken efficiently and effectively. Provide high level administrative support to the Allied Health Management team. Lead, implement and streamline systems and processes for continuous quality improvement of administrative services for Allied Health outpatient services. Permanent Full Time Position commencing 2 February 2026 Details of appointment: Permanent full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing 2 February 2026. *notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant. Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies. Salary $81,915 to $94,263 per annum. Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
