About the Role We are seeking a Senior Post Producer experienced in multi-format campaigns, high-volume design and animation projects, and experiential content, as well as traditional advertising formats. The role is client-facing and involves senior-level post-production skill and experience, serving as the end-to-end owner of our highest-profile animation and digital design projects for our key global tech clients. Responsibilities Project Management Assume full ownership of assigned projects, running the entire lifecycle from brief hand-off to final delivery. Lead high-volume digital campaigns, short-form videos, and event content, focusing on 2D design and animation for a global tech client. Manage large quantities of digital assets, ensuring deliverables meet quality and brand guidelines under tight deadlines. Maintain control over budgets, resource trackers, and schedules, reporting to the Head of Post Production. Oversee final delivery, performing rigorous QC and communicating next steps to client and internal team. Coordinate teams of technicians, including resource allocation and freelance sourcing. Client Services Act as senior point of contact for client services teams, anticipating and solving production challenges. Digest client feedback and efficiently communicate it to technicians. Liaise with marketing and product teams for information and assets. Ensure timely escalation of potential issues. Manage all client and internal meetings, documenting decisions, action items, and task assignments. Experience & Skills Minimum 6 years of post-production experience. Experience producing design assets, motion graphics, 3D animation, and supervising post-production on commercials, episodic formats, or. Deep knowledge of offline editing, online colour grading, VFX pipelines, graphics, titling, captioning, mixing, and mastering. Proven ability to manage high-volume assets under tight timeframes. Strong Google Workspace (Sheets) skills and experience working with large data environments. Experience with Keynote and Figma. Experience managing teams of designers and animators. Detail-oriented, highly organized, able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines. Strong client-service orientation and creative problem-solving. Excellent communication at all levels. Collaborative and able to rally a team for success. Desired Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Illustrator. Experience with localisation. Experience in tech or B2B advertising.
