The Role We are on the hunt for a senior Producer to join our production team. You should be passionate about film, advertising and making the impossible possible. You are a problem solver, invested in finding solutions to production challenges and passionate about producing excellent work. You can manage multiple projects simultaneously, are a team player and work collaboratively. Working within our production team you will: Work with a close-knit production team to manage productions – from direct client jobs to TVCs working together with agencies. Be responsible for all stages of production – from taking the brief, developing budgets, managing director treatments, producing the shoot and ensuring the final delivered product fulfills the creative expectations. Manage client and agency relationships. Manage internal and external resources and make sure resources are allocated to jobs. Reconcile budgets and ensure revenue targets are met. Successful applicants will have: A positive, can‑do, passionate attitude and a passion for film and TV, art, photography and generally making great work. At least 5 years of experience working in a similar role within the production and/or agency industry. Tertiary education in marketing, advertising, digital or broadcast production. Extensive knowledge of production, post‑production, budgeting and scheduling. Proven experience working across broadcast, digital and social content projects. A solid network of production contacts. Excellent written and verbal communication skills including clear and concise reporting. Experience working with clients to develop and negotiate project scopes and budgets. Ability to self‑manage and stay calm and focused while managing assigned projects and under tight deadlines and pressure. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Strong attention to detail. Budgeting (ShowBiz, Workbook), scheduling, Keynote, G‑suite, Google Apps.
