Consultant - Strategic Insights and Market Research Melbourne, Aus $AUD 75-90,000 + SUPER - (posted May ) Job Spec: A highly respected, B-Corp-accredited, strategic insights consultancy is looking for a commercially minded and curious Consultant to join its award-winning Melbourne team. About the Role As a Consultant, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management and hands‑on delivery of research projects, under the guidance of experienced senior team members. You'll work across the full project lifecycle— from briefings and proposal support, through to questionnaire design, data analysis, reporting, and client presentations. You'll thrive in a collaborative, high-performance environment where creative problem-solving and strategic thinking are at the core of every project. Key Responsibilities Will Include: End-to-end project management Survey and questionnaire design Analysis of quantitative data Client liaison and relationship management Report writing and story-led presentation development Supporting senior team members with proposal writing and pitch prepli> What You Bring: 2+ years' experience in market research, strategy, or consulting Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail Excellent communication and storytelling skills A high level of organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities A passion for insights, behaviour, and solving complex problems.
