The Role As a Research Consultant in the Research & Advisory division, you’ll play a key role in delivering end-to-end projects from design and analysis to client presentation and strategic recommendations. You’ll work on projects that are strategic, behavioural, and often headline-worthy , tackling questions around audience sentiment, communications impact, and corporate reputation. Your day-to-day will include: Managing and delivering mixed-method research projects (quant & qual) Turning data into clear, compelling insights and recommendations Building relationships with senior clients and supporting managers with proposals Mentoring junior team members and collaborating across teams Presenting insights that directly inform high-stakes decisions and campaigns About You You’re curious, strategic, and comfortable taking ownership. You enjoy the energy of consultancy life - tight-knit teams, diverse clients, and fast-paced problem solving.
