You will be required to be self motivated,ensuring you deliver a high quality of service to our clients. We are seeking a conscientious & co-operative person who is good with detail and takes their job seriously. You will be experienced in kitchen installation and managing projects, reading cad drawings and the ability to perform minor reworks for jobs managed. You will: Have proven yourself as a steady performer who has, when necessary, risen to the occasion under pressure. Have a balanced sense of urgency withthe ability to personally look after your customer's every request or concern. Be required to makeprecise, deliberate decisions. Have an in-depth understanding of kitchen and trade details, and take a structured, step by step approach to projects. Enjoy working with your customers andshow a sense of urgency to get the job done on time, complete, and to a high standard. Your position will entailmanagingkitchen installations and completing minor reworks for installed kitchens if required.The task is toensurethe kitchen isinstalled, minimisingerrors, and aiming for a high standard ofright first time withkitchen installations,receiving a 100%customer satisfaction. As astrong communicator, customers will enjoy your attention to detail in ensuring the smooth running of their kitchen renovation end to end. You will be aided by the project management teamfor scheduling of works and support. You will be reporting directly to our Store Manager. Past kitchen experience orsimilar detailed work is essential. We will be looking to ensure you are a processed driven individual who will "get it right' for our customers. Your time is spent 50% in the office and 50% on the road. You will need your own car and license and tools for light maintenance work. Car allowance is covered as part of this package. The right applicant will receive an attractivebase salary based on experience, a car allowance, plus super. This is your chance to grow with a large kitchen company.
