Together we’re building hope and possibility for all.Find out more and .**Your Opportunity**Join our Reconnect team as a **Youth Worker** and make a real difference by providing flexible, person-centred support to young people facing family challenges or at risk of homelessness. You’ll work alongside schools, families, and community services to build strong relationships, keep students engaged in education, and help create safer, more stable futures.This role will involve **working predominantly in a cultural context with Newly Arrived Youths** (within their first five years in Australia), supporting their transition, engagement, and wellbeing as they navigate a new country and education system.
