Expressions of interest are welcome via email at ************@bamstone.com.au Qualifications & Experience Prior experience working in a factory or quarry setting with knowledge and understanding of heavy machinery being advantageous. Competency in welding and fitting; knowledge and proficiency in general and heavy welding techniques such as MIG and TIG. Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and drawings. 2nd or 3rd year apprenticeship-based applicants may apply. General knowledge in the field including, but not limited to, mechanical repairs, hydraulics, fitting and turning lathework is advantageous. Australian citizenship is required for this position. Tasks & Responsibilities Provide maintenance, welding and ongoing mechanical support within the factory workshop. Repair and maintain existing machinery as well as install and commission new plant & equipment. Conduct troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.
