Our rustic setting coupled with a vibrant atmosphere gives you the unique experience of our modern Italian establishment. A combination of traditional methods and modern flair has allowed us to design a menu influenced by the many diverse regions of Italy, to deliver the best of Italian culture to the Gold Coast. About the role Roy's by Gemelli is currently looking for experienced waiters and waitresses to join the team. Roy’s is a 110‑seater restaurant based in Bundall with a focus on Italian cuisine with a modern Australian twist. We do recommend you only apply if you have your own transport as convenient public transport isn't available.
