We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Waiters/Waitress and Bar tender to join our vibrant team at the UNICORN SEAFOOD RESTAURANT BROADBEACH and Unicorn Cafe in Broadbeach, Queensland. This is a casual position, offering flexible hours and the opportunity to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment. What You'll Be Doing Perform section waiter/waitress duties as assigned by the manager. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable dining experience. Take food and beverage orders and deliver menu items accurately and promptly. Process payments and billing. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards. Assist with other restaurant duties as required, such as setting up and closing the venue. What We're Looking For Previous experience as a section wait staff. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Solid knowledge of food and beverage preparation. Knowledge of wines (preferred). Friendly, energetic, and hardworking attitude with a commitment to teamwork. Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays. A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate or willingness to obtain one.
