About the Role This role will play a pivotal role in supporting the National Manager Lender Partnerships and National Manager Strategic Partnerships across all aspects of lender and strategic partner engagement. The role is designed for a highly organised, relationship‑focused professional with strong experience in partnership administration, event logistics, and data management within the banking and finance sector. You will be the operational backbone for the Partnerships team, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings, events, data tracking, and stakeholder communications. You will work closely with both internal teams and external partners, often acting as the first point of contact for senior stakeholders. Job Description Partnership & Relationship Support Act as a key administrative and operational resource for both the Lender Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships teams. Support the management of relationships with a diverse portfolio of lenders and partners, as outlined in the Partnership Program for 2026/27. Coordinate and track communications, follow‑ups, and action items with internal and external stakeholders. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow‑up actions for partnership meetings. Event & Logistics Management Plan, coordinate, and execute partnership events (e.g., private dining, conferences, summits, coffee catch‑ups) including stakeholder management, invitations, logistics, and on‑the‑day support. Liaise with senior stakeholders from banking and finance to ensure high‑quality event experiences. Maintain and update event schedules and ensure all logistics are managed proactively. Data & Reporting Maintain and update partnership tracking tools (e.g., Lender Pulse Tracker) and ensure data accuracy across all lender relationships. Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and data packs for partnership reviews and negotiations. Collaborate with data teams to extract, analyse, and present insights relevant to partnership performance and opportunities. Systems & Process Administration Proficiently use Slack, Jira, Confluence, and Outlook to manage workflows, communications, and documentation. Ensure all partnership documentation, contracts, and communications are organised and accessible. Support process improvement initiatives to enhance partnership operations. Stakeholder Engagement Confidently engage with senior stakeholders (internal and external) and represent the Partnerships team professionally. Act as a liaison between the Partnerships team and other business units (e.g., Distribution, Data, Events, Communications, Product). Qualifications Proven experience in partnership management, relationship management, or a similar support/admin role within banking, finance, or professional services. Demonstrated experience in event planning and logistics, ideally with exposure to senior stakeholder engagement. Strong data management and reporting skills; able to work with tracking tools and present insights clearly. Advanced proficiency in Slack, Jira, Confluence, and Outlook. Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior leaders. Additional Information Lendi Group teams operate across Australia and the Philippines.
