The Role As our Partnerships Coordinator, you’ll ensure that our brand partnerships run smoothly. You’ll work closely with the Brand Partnerships & Product Manager to support and deliver exciting collaborations that amplify Contiki’s brand and reach. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll get to flex your creativity, sharpen your relationship‑building skills, and see your ideas come to life in campaigns that speak directly to the next generation of travellers. What You’ll Be Doing Bring partnerships to life: Help execute and activate brand collaborations from concept to completion. Spot new opportunities: Research and support the development of new brand and tourism board partnerships. Be the go‑to contact: Manage communication and deliverables for our smaller partners to ensure everything runs seamlessly. Create impact: Brief creative assets, support launch plans, and ensure campaigns drive measurable results. Keep things on track: Assist with budgets, contracts, and reporting to deliver commercially sound outcomes. Support destination marketing: Collaborate with tourism boards to co‑fund campaigns and promote key destinations. Get involved: Jump in to support wider brand and customer initiatives, including events and activations. What We’re Looking For 1‑2 years of experience in brand marketing or partnerships (agency or client‑side). A creative thinker with strong attention to detail and top‑notch organisation skills. A genuine passion for youth travel, Gen Z culture, and digital media. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A team player with positive, collaborative energy who’s always ready to roll up their sleeves. Bonus Points If You Have Experience with youth or lifestyle brands. Familiarity with the travel industry or tourism boards. A pulse on Gen Z trends, culture, and behaviour. Success Looks Like Partnership activations delivered on time and on brand. Seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders. Accurate reporting and measurable impact from each collaboration. Why Contiki?
