This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate training records, coordinating learning programs, and fostering strong relationships with education partners. Reporting to the National Learning and Organisational Development Manager , you will be instrumental in ensuring our teams have access to relevant learning opportunities and that our programs align with Opal’s values and culture. About the Role LMS Administration: Act as LMS helpdesk; manage compliance reporting; maintain learning library; schedule training sessions; track attendance and feedback. Student Placements: Coordinate agreements with education partners; maintain contact details; manage placement processes. Traineeships: Administer government funding and wage subsidies; manage helpdesk queries; assist with monthly reporting. Scholarships: Support scholarship communications; reporting; and budget tracking. General Administration: Prepare monthly/ad hoc reports; ensure processes are up to date. About You Experience & Qualifications Experience in Learning & Organisational Development (preferred). Strong LMS knowledge and MS Office skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
