This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate training records, coordinating learning programs, and fostering strong relationships with education partners. Reporting to the National Learning and Organisational Development Manager , you will be instrumental in ensuring our teams have access to relevant learning opportunities and that our programs align with Opal’s values and culture. About the Role LMS Administration: Act as LMS helpdesk, manage compliance reporting, maintain learning library, schedule training sessions, track attendance and feedback. Student Placements: Coordinate agreements with education partners, maintain contact details, and manage placement processes. Traineeships: Administer government funding and wage subsidies, manage helpdesk queries, and assist with monthly reporting. Scholarships: Support scholarship communications, reporting, and budget tracking. General Administration: Prepare monthly/ad hoc reports and ensure processes are up to date. About You Experience & Qualifications Experience in Learning & Organisational Development (preferred). Strong LMS knowledge and MS Office skills. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Problem-solving and negotiation skills. Understanding of aged care sector. Tertiary qualifications in HR, Education, or Organisational Development.
