You'll be responsible for executing daily operational tasks, maintaining rigorous adherence to established controls, policies and procedures, and delivering exceptional support to our trading team. Core Responsibilities itiesIdentifies and resolves complex operational issues. Coaches less tenured crew on subject‑matter expertise. Supports management with review of daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables. Identifies opportunities to enhance processes supporting fund initiatives, reporting requirements, or regulatory cha nges.Monitors and oversees the resolution of operational issues relating to securities lending. Maintains management repor ting.Serves as a liaison with the management team, as well as internal and external business partners. Proactively resolves elevated issues relating to stakeholder relationships, elevates to management as neces sary.Partners with internal partners and stakeholders to determine the scope and requirements for program level initiatives. Creates impact analysis, recommends solutions, and support project implementa tion.Oversees the process of documenting all procedures, including creation and maintenance of materials. Tracks and documents adherence to various control standards to ensure compliance with all policies and proced ures.Maintains risk mitigation controls, contingency preparation, and end‑user computing tools. Supports new product laun ches.Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assi Qualifications Minimum of three years related work exper ience.Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
