$1400 per day Federal Government Department Brisbane Looking to join one of Australia’s most integral federal government departments? This department helps to make Australians travel safer and is looking for a Lead Network Architect. Based in Brisbane , you will be designing and delivering a range of projects consisting of data, information and IT infrastructure. Responsibilities Lead the architecture on large scale, nationwide networks High level stakeholder / partner architectural presentations Working with network architects to ensure overall program success Review and approval of partner / vendor submissions Collaborating with the program delivery teams Acting as the SME in technical meetings / engagements This role is working with a federal government department so Australian citizenship is mandatory due to security requirements . Ideally you will have a baseline clearance , if not, you must be able to qualify for one. Qualifications Experience in large scale networks i.e. multistate / national Mix of physical and cloud network experience Strong background in network security Large scale network transformation programs Strong stakeholder and delivery skills Relevant certifications i.e. ITIL, ITSM, TOGAF, SIAM etc This is a contract role to start ASAP with a 12 month contract. Rates on offer up to $1400 per day based on your skills and experience. This role can be based in Brisbane and has a 2 day work from home arrangement.
