Technology Delivery Specialist

About The Role In this role, you will work alongside product owners and development teams to enable the delivery of complex solutions and products, removing obstacles and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Work type Permanent, full‑time. Classification Band 8, $122,040 pa plus super. Key responsibilities Facilitate and coordinate Agile processes by creating and maintaining project timelines. Identify, troubleshoot and escape obstacles that are hindering the team’s progress, including identifying and managing risks. Mentor and guide product team members on sprint processes. Implement systems, processes, and workflows to deliver results, ensuring relevant policies, governance mechanisms and regulations are adhered to. Champion our product delivery methodologies and practices, ensuring teams adhere to Agile value stream principles and ceremonies. About You To be successful in this role, you will have a tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, and/or an equivalent combination of formal training and extensive experience in a similar role. Essential Experience Experience conducting sessions with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, including executive and senior management, from discovery and requirement gathering through to delivery. Well‑developed writing, presentation and speaking skills to align with stakeholders and achieve support for task outcomes. Strong understanding of, and experience with Agile standards and practices related to Agile & product delivery. Demonstrated people skills to support, influence and collaborate with relevant stakeholders. Well‑developed problem solving and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build cooperation and partnerships.
