The Opportunity We are currently seeking a General Practitioner to join our growing team in the Sunshine Coast , working primarily within Aged Care facilities. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the health and wellbeing of a high-needs population while enjoying the lifestyle and natural beauty the region offers. Key Benefits Attractive daily rate: Earn $2,000 per day (based on an 8-hour schedule). Supportive clinical environment: Work alongside a collaborative team including nurses, telehealth geriatricians, physicians, and strong administrative support. Manageable workload: See approximately 25 patients per day. Flexible scheduling: Part-time role with the freedom to choose your working days (minimum 2 weekdays per week). Regional travel: Explore diverse locations within and around the Sunshine Coast. Professional development: Ideal for GPs with an interest in Aged Care, offering pathways for growth within a rapidly expanding organisation. Requirements Current General or Specialist AHPRA registration (unconditional). Availability for a minimum of two weekdays (days of your choice). Proficiency in system-based reporting and familiarity with clinical software packages is preferred. A personal laptop is required to undertake the role. Opportunities for Non-VR GPs If you're close to completing your Fellowship with RACGP or ACRRM, we’d love to hear from you. This is a rewarding pathway to gain meaningful experience in Aged Care while working within a supportive environment. Daily rate : $1,700 to $1,800 for non fellowed.
