About the Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Townsville. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager you will deliver high quality services, connecting with our customers, fostering relationships and enhancing the customer experience. You will ensure all activities from receipt of orders, support, delivery of products, transport and customer resolutions are exemplary. Key responsibilities Liaise with and greet internal and external customers Report customer complaints to Managers to ensure a resolution Provide Administrative support to Operations Manager and Warehouse staff Liaise with incoming and outgoing freight companies Process packing slips and delivery dockets for the warehouse Co‑ordinate delivery runs and customer pickups Order and receipt of stock purchased About You Strong customer service experience in an office environment Experience dealing with customer service and sales enquiries Experienced in SAP, Salesforce or ability to learn quickly Excel in collaborating within a hardworking, fun team environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office Thrive in a fast pace environment Our Teammate Perks Etex Australia prioritises professional development, focusing on mentorship and supportive team environments that foster individual growth.
