The Opportunity We are excited to welcome a passionate Recruitment Consultant to our expanding Sunshine Coast team . This role is all about building strong relationships with candidates, connecting them to opportunities, and driving success for both clients and the business. You will have the chance to make a real impact in a fast paced, blue collar recruitment environment where no two days are the same. What You Will Be Doing Source, screen, interview, and place candidates across a range of roles. Manage high-volume recruitment within the blue-collar sector. Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients. Oversee assigned client accounts, ensuring excellent service, regular communication, and understanding of client needs. Develop and manage a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future client requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our systems and follow established recruitment processes.
