Job Title Join to apply for theAssistant Janirorial Managerrole atOffice Pride Franchise Opportunity Benefits Weekly Pay Competitive salary Flexible schedule Free food & snacks Free uniforms Opportunity for advancement Training & development Responsibilities Lead and manage daily cleaning operations for the Auburn area and surrounding locations Maintain a clean and safe environment to meet customer expectations Travel around the Fort Wayne area and use the company car for round-trip travel as needed Work nights and weekends, including 5–6 nights a week with some weekend availability Schedule and load work for new and existing accounts, handling multiple keys and accounts Audit accounts to ensure cleaning expectations are met Handle quick scheduling changes that occur nightly Work with management to achieve company goals and maintain profitability Assist in hire, training and fill in for absent employees Attend staff meetings held each Monday at 5 pm Work minimum of hours per week, working whatever hours are necessary to perform the duties listed Requirements Valid driver's license & auto insurance Background check Availability between the hours of 5 pm – 12 am Minimum 1 year management experience, one year cleaning experience preferred Strong communication and scheduling skills Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends Proficiency with training employees and managing personnel Core Values Team First Hands ON Be a Kind human Do the Right things RIGHT Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services is one of the most respected full-service janitorial and commercial cleaning companies in the nation.
