PRIMARY COLLEGE PASTOR

Glasshouse Christian College is seeking a compassionate, dynamic, and faith-filled Primary College Pastor to join our dedicated team. This is a pivotal leadership role, providing spiritual guidance, pastoral care, and a nurturing Christian environment for our primary school community. This is a full-time continuing position for the beginning of Term 2 2025. Key Responsibilities Lead the spiritual and pastoral care initiatives for students, staff and families in the Primary school. Develop and implement programs that foster faith development and a sense of community. Collaborate with teachers and leadership to integrate Christian values into the curriculum and daily life of the school. Provide support and guidance to students in their personal, social, and spiritual growth. Coordinate worship services, devotions, and special events and celebrations. Deliver high-quality, biblically-based Chapel services and devotions. Support the spiritual development of the College students and wider community with a particular responsibility towards the Primary School. Contribute to the pastoral care of College students, with a particular responsibility to the Primary School. Participate in school camps and events. Support the College mission program for outreach and justice. Contribute to the teaching and learning program. About You Theological training at a Diploma of Ministry level or higher. A committed Christian with a deep faith and active involvement in a church community. Strong experience in pastoral care and working with Primary children and families. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. A passion for nurturing young lives and creating a Christ-centered learning environment.
