Montessori International College is seeking an inspirational and committed Montessori 6‑12 Guide to join our team for a permanent position, commencing on 19 January 2026. The ideal candidate is a Montessori qualified and experienced, effective classroom practitioner able to work as part of a teaching team to design and deliver meaningful learning experiences, supporting students and colleagues in reaching beyond the ordinary. You are at ease using creative, collaborative, and transdisciplinary Montessori approaches to improve learning experiences and student outcomes. A generous relocation allowance is offered in the case of a successful interstate applicant. The remuneration for this role will be between $80,000 and $110,000 per annum plus superannuation and is negotiable based on the successful applicant's skills and experience. Key Responsibilities Support learning outcomes for students through well‑designed Montessori curriculum and effective teaching pedagogy and practice; Provide inspiring learning experiences together with consistent and meaningful student feedback; Establish supportive and trusting relationships with students and parents which ultimately support student development, performance and wellbeing; Develop and manage the resources required to facilitate and support student learning within your learning environment; Communicate and interact with all members of the school community and the broader community with sincerity and humility; Work collaboratively with colleagues to create and deliver an exemplary learning program. Qualifications Have current full QCT registration, or current provisional registration with eligibility for full registration, as a teacher in Queensland; Have a recognised 6‑12 Montessori Diploma.
