About the role Join the dynamic team at Digital Nomads HQ' as a full-time Marketing Manager based in Mooloolaba, QLD. We're inviting the best digital marketers on the coast to apply for this pivotal role. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for both Digital Nomads & our clients. What you'll be doing Integrated Campaign Design: Develop and own comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategies that seamlessly integrate SEO, Paid Media, Content, and Email efforts to meet overarching client business objectives. Long-Term Growth Planning: Drive continuous evolution of client strategy by identifying future market trends, competitive shifts, and new channel opportunities to ensure scalable, sustained business growth. Budget & ROI Ownership: Manage and dynamically allocate client marketing budgets across platforms. Hold accountability for campaign efficiency metrics (CPL, ROAS, CPA) and clearly articulate the financial Return on Investment (ROI) to clients. Executive Reporting: Lead high-stakes client pitches, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and strategic planning meetings. Effectively communicate complex technical performance in terms of business outcomes. Development & Implementation Liaison: Serve as the primary communication hub for all technical work. You will translate execution team requirements (from SEO/Paid) into clear, prioritised tickets for the Web Development Team and oversee the deployment schedule for technical fixes (like Core Web Vitals) and tracking code implementation. Performance Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Specialists and Coordinators across various digital disciplines (e.g., SEO, Content, Paid Media). Conduct regular 1:1 performance reviews and goal setting. Capacity Planning: Forecast project resource needs, manage team workload and capacity, and drive the hiring and onboarding processes for new team members. Operational Excellence: Standardise and optimise internal procedural workflows for the entire client lifecycle, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across all projects. Skills & Experience Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years managing multi-channel campaigns or leading an agency team. Expert proficiency in the technical setup and utilisation of GA4, GTM, and the Google Search Console (GSC) ecosystem. Demonstrable experience managing budgets and campaigns across major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads). Advanced skills in data manipulation and visualisation using Excel/Google Sheets . Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related quantitative field. Soft Skills & Leadership Competencies Cross-Functional Communication Hub: Exceptional ability to serve as the strategic liaison between internal execution teams (SEO, Paid Media) and technical implementation teams (Web/Dev). Must be capable of ensuring shared understanding and smooth project handoffs. Executive Presentation & Storytelling: Exceptional ability to synthesise complex data into a clear, compelling business narrative for executive-level clients. Prioritisation & Judgment: Superior skill in assessing risk and reward to implement and enforce prioritisation frameworks (e.g., PIE) across a high volume of projects. Coaching & Delegation: Proven ability to mentor direct reports, delegate tasks effectively, and drive high performance through targeted coaching and constructive feedback. Resilience and Composure: The capacity to maintain focus and guide the team through critical situations, such as major algorithm updates or significant shifts in client priorities.
