The Role The Paid Marketing Manager leads our paid media function. You’ll plan, build, and optimise campaigns that deliver results across channels. You’ll manage budgets, test creative, track performance, and guide strategy with a mix of data and instinct. This role suits someone who loves both numbers and narrative — translating insights into actions that move metrics. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and optimisation for ROAS, CPL, and MER. Analyse performance data using GA4, Looker Studio, and platform dashboards. Build testing frameworks across creative, copy, and audience. Report on performance with clarity and insight, not fluff. Collaborate with creative, content, and SEO teams to deliver integrated campaigns. Manage and mentor junior paid specialists. Stay ahead of ad platform updates and industry shifts. Contribute to client strategy sessions and new business pitches. Skills and Experience 1+ years managing paid campaigns across Meta and Google ideally. Proven track record hitting ROAS/CPL targets across multiple industries. Strong data skills — attribution, tracking, and analytics tools. Deep understanding of audience targeting, bidding, and creative testing. Experience with e‑commerce, lead generation, and performance funnels. Competent with Google Tag Manager, Meta Events, and UTM tracking. Confident communicator with client‑facing experience. Bonus: experience with TikTok Ads, YouTube, or automation tools (n8n, Zapier).
