Hospitality Mavens is a Sunshine Coast-based agency specialising in marketing, strategy and consulting for the hospitality industry. Formerly known as Maer Group, we’ve recently rebranded and continue to expand rapidly as we partner with leading clubs, pubs and hospitality venues across Queensland. About the Role The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the development of promotions, direct marketing and advertising activities for our licensed community club clients. This includes using industry specific CRM systems for email/SMS marketing and coordinating marketing materials for a range of platforms including websites, digital signage and hospitality systems. You’ll also work with our Account Manager to help develop and coordinate promotions, prepare digital advertising briefs and coordinate marketing requirements with third party suppliers. As a data focused agency, you should be comfortable working with data and multiple software systems. Key Responsibilities Assist in the development and coordination of client marketing campaigns, promotions and advertising activities. Coordinate marketing materials across a range of platforms including websites, digital signage, social media and email marketing. Prepare and brief creative and digital advertising requirements for internal and external teams. Support the Account Manager with campaign timelines, deliverables and client communication. Liaise with suppliers to ensure marketing assets are delivered accurately and on time. Coordinate proofing and approvals for client marketing materials. Use client CRM systems to coordinate and send SMS and email marketing campaigns. Maintain task and workflow via our Monday.com work management system. Contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing processes and workflows. Must Have: Currently undertaking or completed tertiary qualifications in marketing or equivalent industry experience. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail. Comfortable using technology and learning new systems quickly. Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. A proactive, collaborative approach to teamwork. Permanent work rights in Australia. Sunshine Coast based, with availability to start soon. Nice to Have: Experience in hospitality marketing, especially with licensed clubs or pubs. Knowledge of CRM systems for SMS and email marketing. Basic design skills (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite). Understanding of website CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress).
