We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented marketing professional to support the Marketing Manager in implementing the centre’s annual marketing strategy. Caneland Central has been a vibrant hub for the Mackay community since 1979 with nearly 200 stores including Myer, Target, Big W, Woolworths and Coles. Coordinate events and activations from concept development through to delivery. Create and schedule engaging content for social media, EDMs and the website. Collaborate with retailers, suppliers and community partners to drive engagement. Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools. Assist with marketing administration, budget tracking and reporting. Ensure all marketing activity complies with brand and centre standards. What We’re Looking For Tertiary qualification in Marketing Communications or a related field (preferred). Minimum two years’ experience in a marketing, events or communications role. Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress (or similar) for website content management. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Suite or equivalent design tools. Experience managing digital and social media campaigns.
