The opportunity The Admissions Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the aged care home's occupancy goals by managing the end-to-end admissions process. Acting as the primary point of contact for prospective residents, their families, and referral partners, the role builds strong relationships and ensures a positive admission experience. Working closely with the General Manager and broader teams, the Admissions Coordinator contributes to the home's financial performance through effective sales, stakeholder engagement, and local marketing initiatives.
