Marketing Coordinator Location: Yatala, QLD Salary: $70k - $85k (Based on skill and experience) Randstad is hiring for a leading company in the construction and manufacturing industry, and we are searching for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to lead their talented team. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated and confident individual to take charge of our projects and drive our marketing efforts. While reporting to the National Marketing Manager, you'll be the go‑to person for the team, ensuring projects are on track and deadlines are met. We’re looking for someone who can lead with confidence and professionalism. What you’ll do: Lead project management by assigning tasks, managing deadlines, and removing roadblocks to ensure the team’s output is exceptional. Coordinate events and trade shows , from planning to execution. Create and manage high‑quality content , including editorials, testimonials, and blogs. Contribute to brand campaigns and support the team in creating promotional materials like brochures, flyers, and posters. Oversee social media content and the fulfilment of marketing materials. What you’ll need: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. Proven leadership skills or the ability to confidently manage a team’s tasks and output. Advanced proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills and a professional, reliable, and highly motivated work ethic. A technical mindset with the ability to understand and effectively market our products. Exposure to the machinery or manufacturing industry is highly regarded but not necessary. Ready to apply?
