About the Role We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in identifying market opportunities, developing and implementing marketing plans, and supporting the business’s growth and brand awareness in Australia’s automotive and lifestyle sectors. Key Responsibilities Identify market opportunities and advise on the development, coordination, and implementation of marketing plans for pricing and promoting Leighton Vans’ bespoke vehicle products and services. Support business growth and development through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives, policies, and programs. Commission and undertake market research to identify potential markets for new and existing products. Advise on all elements of marketing, including product mix, pricing strategies, advertising, sales promotion, selling, and distribution channels. Create, schedule, and publish engaging marketing content across social media platforms, digital campaigns, and the company website. Analyse performance metrics and customer feedback to continuously improve marketing effectiveness. Skills and Experience Minimum 3 years’ experience in a marketing or communications role in the van conversion industry. Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns and content creation. Strong understanding of brand development, consumer engagement, and online advertising. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
