We are seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to manage core digital activity, content scheduling and stakeholder support across the business. The role suits a detail-focused coordinator with experience in digital platforms, web updates and campaign execution. What you'll work on Manage social media scheduling and publishing in line with the approved content plan. Prepare and publish EDMs using Salesforce or HubSpot, ensuring accurate builds and segmentation. Maintain and update website content, including pages, blogs and assets, with working knowledge of Webflow prior to WordPress. Support event planning, logistics, supplier coordination and on-site delivery. Liaise with stakeholders, including creative partners, printers and digital suppliers. Maintain brand assets, content calendars and digital documentation. Assist with reporting across social, EDM and website activity. What you'll bring Experience with social scheduling tools. Competency in Salesforce, HubSpot or similar email platforms. Working knowledge of Webflow and WordPress, plus basic SEO principles. Strong organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines. Clear communication skills for supplier and stakeholder coordination. Basic understanding of analytics platforms such as Google Analytics. Opportunity to support multi-brand activity in a growing organisation.
