This newly created role is your chance to take genuine ownership of digital performance across multiple brands. We are seeking someone who knows their craft, takes initiative, and is hungry to drive real results. You’ll work closely with our Group Marketing Manager and Marketing Assistant at our Gold Coast Head Office, shaping how digital marketing evolves across the group. You will lead paid media and digital marketing initiatives, including campaign management across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, SEO strategy, marketing automation, email marketing, and performance reporting. While your primary focus will be digital growth, experience with traditional paid media, social media management and CRM will be a bonus. Key Responsibilities Paid Media Growth Plan, launch, and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms Own budgets, targeting, and performance optimisation to maximise ROI Identify growth opportunities based on audience behaviour and channel performance Digital Marketing SEO Lead SEO strategy including audits, keyword research, content briefs, and backlink initiatives Write and optimise website copy to support brand visibility and campaign goals Assist with social content planning and implementation CRM Automation Manage CRM communications including SMS / email campaigns, customer segmentation, automation workflows, and reporting. Collaborate with dealership teams to ensure CRM data accuracy and campaign alignment. Analytics Tracking Implement tracking tags / pixels via GA4, GTM, and platform tools Build performance dashboards and deliver clear monthly insights Ensure accuracy of marketing data and attribution Website eCommerce Support Coordinate content updates, landing pages, and promotional banners Manage our TJM Shopify store product listings, visuals, and pricing Work with external web partners on UX improvements and overall site health Collaboration Support Work closely with the Group Marketing Manager on strategy implementation and brand positioning. Support event campaigns and activations through digital promotion, RSVP management systems, and post-event reporting. Key Skills Experience: 3+ years’ experience in marketing, preferably in automotive, retail, or agency environments. Proficient with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, GTM, CRM / EDM platforms, and Shopify. Confident managing your own campaigns end‑to‑end. Comfortable juggling multiple brands and priorities without dropping the ball. A clear communicator with strong copywriting and attention to detail.
