We are looking for an experienced and hungry Marketer ready to coordinate and develop our marketing strategy and execution. This position is full-time based in our Birtinya QLD head office. You are looking for a role that will broaden your scope within marketing, working with top marketing professionals and an international team. You have on the ground skills to execute tasks while passionate about achieving long term success. You like to take ownership of your role, drive results, and be part of a team that is on the same page. You are a communicator, transparent, keeping us all on the same page. On a day‑to‑day basis you can expect to : Report to the General Manager on the execution and results of our marketing strategy. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including social media channels, events, and newsletters. Oversee our collaborations, affiliate, and PR programs. Be involved in our performance marketing strategy. Other ad‑hoc marketing tasks such as blog posts, decals, and printed creatives. Other important requirements for this role : Bachelor level qualification or five years of relevant employment experience in lieu. Highly organised with excellent planning and communication skills. Tech savvy across key software and marketing platforms. Basic skills in Photoshop and / or digital editing capabilities. Experience in both brand and performance advertising. Strong ability to build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders, partners and clients. Proactive, positive, can‑do attitude. Salary range : $77,000-80,000 per annum Are you ready for a change?
