We are seeking a results‑oriented Partnerships Manager to identify, develop and manage new business opportunities that drive revenue growth and strengthen our market position. The ideal candidate will have significant experience and knowledge of the luxury sector, be skilled at building high‑level relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions that align with our brand and business objectives. This role is both strategic and hands‑on, requiring a mix of commercial acumen, networking skills and the ability to close deals. Key Responsibilities New Business Development Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across relevant markets. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue streams and client base. Build partnerships with corporations, agencies and industry stakeholders. Client Relationship Management Establish, grow and maintain strong client relationships to secure repeat and long‑term business. Understand client objectives and deliver customised proposals and solutions. Act as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for high‑value accounts. Achieve and exceed set revenue and performance targets. Lead negotiations, prepare proposals and close new business contracts. Identify opportunities for cross‑selling and up‑selling across products and services. Strategic Planning Contribute to the development of growth strategies and market expansion initiatives. Provide insights on industry trends, competitor activities and emerging opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, events, product) to ensure delivery of client solutions. Reporting & Administration Maintain accurate pipeline records and sales activity within CRM systems. Provide regular reporting on business development activities, forecasts and revenue performance. Skills & Experience 4–6 years’ experience in business development, sales or partnerships (preferably within media, events, luxury or B2B sectors). Proven ability to generate leads, close deals and achieve revenue targets. Exceptional relationship‑building and networking skills. Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities. Commercially minded with the ability to identify and capitalise on opportunities. Highly organised with excellent time and project management skills.
