Technical Customer Success Specialist Green Consulting Group Pty Ltd (GCG) is seeking a full‑time Technical Customer Success Specialist to lead client relationships and play a key role in ensuring long‑term success for customers using our industry‑leading occupational hygiene management system, Exposi. Salary : $90,000.00 – $110,000.00 Job Type : Permanent – Full Time Location : Brisbane Office (Hendra, Queensland) Job Category : TechLab About the role Act as the primary relationship owner for clients, ensuring successful adoption and utilisation of the Exposi platform. Lead end‑to‑end onboarding and implementation from contract signature to go‑live. Conduct regular reviews and health checks to ensure alignment with client goals. Provide expert customer insights to Development teams on product improvements and feature priorities. Track and report on key metrics including satisfaction, retention, usage and engagement. What you’ll bring (Essential) Degree in Information Technology, Business or a related field. Demonstrated experience in Customer Success, Account Management or Client Delivery. Experience working with SaaS products, including technical configurations or bespoke integrations. Experience in the occupational hygiene industry with a strong understanding of occupational hygiene principles and workflows.
