Ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are consistently met. Work across various sites with a strong pipeline of scheduled shutdowns. What you will bring Proven experience supervising mechanical teams in mining or heavy industry. Dragline and wash plant experience advantageous. Strong leadership and communication skills. Commitment to safety and quality standards. Relevant trade qualifications and supervisory tickets. Ability to work in a fast‑paced shutdown environment. Australia working rights.
