Our dynamic team of 1,500+ professionals work across 40 unique retail concepts – and now, we want YOU to join our team The Role: As a MAC Counter Manager in Cairns Airport, your mission is to make travellers feel fabulous You’ll be their go-to beauty guru, offering expert advice and a seamless shopping experience. Whilst also helping out the store in general with fragrances and customer queries Preferred roster of Tuesday to Saturday with working a mix of 5am-1pm and 12pm-8pm or at least one OR the other ✅ What You’ll Do: ✅ Deliver VIP customer service with your beauty expertise. ✅ Stay ahead of trends with regular brand training. ✅ Keep the store looking insta-worthy & inviting. ✅ Process sales smoothly & efficiently. ✅ Assist customers with a smile (and maybe a spritz of perfume).
