What We’re Looking For Experience in a similar leadership role in a high‑energy retail environment to keep up with a Duty Free environment. Strong communication skills and a natural ability to lead. Confidence to take initiative and own your role. A “hands‑on” leader who thrives in a team setting. Flexibility to work across rotating shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends & public holidays).
