Head of Content Strategy – Boutique Real Estate Brand We’re seeking a creative, strategic and proactive Head of Content Strategy to lead and evolve content at Nic Power - a fast-growing boutique real estate agency redefining how property is marketed in Melbourne. This role starts part-time (2–3 days/week) but is designed to grow into a full-time leadership role . You’ll be the key architect behind how we show up across social, video, and digital channels - both as a brand and for our team. We’re not looking for someone to just execute a list - we’re looking for someone to bring ideas, initiative, and energy to the table. You’ll be expected to drive the content strategy, spot opportunities in real time, and turn raw moments into polished narratives. What You’ll Do: Lead content planning and execution across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok + Facebook Generate creative content ideas that align with our brand tone and goals Produce short‑form videos, listing edits, team moments, and neighbourhood features Create a repeatable, distinctive tone for the Nic Power brand and its agents Write captions, schedule posts, manage monthly campaigns Work directly with the founder and agents to elevate their visibility and personal brand Oversee performance metrics and guide creative evolution Who You Are: Experienced in content creation and strategy (real estate or lifestyle preferred) Confident with video (iPhone/DSLR) and editing (CapCut, Adobe, Canva etc.) Full of ideas and energy - we don’t want to micromanage creativity Great at spotting and shaping moments into stories Highly self‑managed with strong creative judgement Comfortable directing shoots, guiding tone, and building consistency Why This Role Matters: This isn’t just about marketing - it’s about shaping a company’s identity .
