Gibson Partners Real Estate is seeking a talented and creative Social Media Marketer to join our dynamic team in the heart of Cronulla. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the digital presence of one of the Shire’s most respected agencies. About the Role You’ll be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media content that showcases our listings, team, and brand story across multiple platforms. Working closely with our sales and marketing team, you’ll help drive brand awareness, community engagement and lead generation through creative and consistent digital campaigns. You’ll also support sales staff with property marketing materials such as signboards, brochures, and internet, while managing all rental listings across online platforms and coordinating the installation and removal of rental signboards. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook and YouTube Plan, create and schedule engaging content (photo, video, reels, stories, posts) Collaborate with agents to promote listings, results and community initiatives Maintain consistent brand tone, style and visual identity Stay across social media trends, algorithm changes and new tools Manage and update property listings on real estate portals (e.g., realestate.com.au, Domain) Coordinate installation and removal of property signboards Prepare signboards, brochures, and property copywriting for marketing campaigns About You Proven experience in social media marketing, ideally within real estate or lifestyle brands Strong creative and storytelling skills with an eye for design and detail Basic photography/videography or content editing skills Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple deadlines A passion for property and community Why Join Us?
