We’re seeking a well‑presented and professional Sales Assistant to support Lead Agent Erica Swannell across all areas of residential sales. This is a dynamic and varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys both in‑office organisation and being out and about at Open Homes. What You’ll Do Attend open homes and private inspections (Saturday work essential) Conduct buyer follow‑ups and manage open home call‑backs Assist with daily administration, listing preparation, and client communication Help with prospecting, social media, and letterbox drops Support pre‑market tasks such as property styling and marketing setup Coordinate photography, brochures, signage, and online campaigns Maintain our CRM (Agentbox) and buyer database What We’re Looking For QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration Previous real estate experience Warm, confident and professional communicator Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Tech‑savvy and comfortable using digital tools Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle Well‑presented with a genuine interest in property and people Why Join Generate Real Estate?
