Restaurant Manager Full Time – Hamilton – Bendigo Advertiser Full Time (45 hours per week). Salary: 70k-85k + Super. Stock and ordering. Shift management. Reporting to Owners/Directors. Skills & Experience Highly motivated natural leader who doesn’t hesitate to be hands‑on. Passion for food and executing restaurant operations. Positive ‘can‑do’ attitude. Ability to build an efficient team in a fast‑paced environment. Experienced Restaurant Management: Minimum 2 years (preferred). Visa Sponsorship: Nomination for Temporary work visa and/or Permanent Residency will be considered for eligible candidates.
